We advise that it is our practice policy for nurses to only ring and advise significant abnormal results and results that require a change in health management and that our nurses will not normally contact you when your results are within normal range and or do not require a change in health management.
Our nurses may be able to give you your test results over the phone or they may ask you to come into the practice in person to discuss the results with your doctor.
If you have not yet joined our practice patient portal then please phone our practice nurses to find out your test results by calling 09 294 3005. You will be put on the nurse call back queue and a nurse will ring you as soon as they are able.
